Elsa Cárdenas is an aeronautical engineer from the National Experimental University of the Armed Forces (UNEFA).
She earned a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 2008 and a Doctor of Engineering in 2023, both from Simón Bolívar University. She worked as a professor at Simón Bolívar University from 2009 to 2022.
In 2022, she received certifications from the TÜV SÜD Academy as a Manager of Regulatory Affairs for International Medical Devices and as a Manager of Regulatory Affairs for Medical Devices.
Since then, she has worked at Bahlmann Life Science Consulting & Interim Management GmbH as a Regulatory Affairs and Quality Management Specialist.
