David Toro holds a Chemical Engineering degree from the Universidad Simón Bolívar, Caracas, Venezuela, obtained in 2022. After he finish his studies in Venezuela, he moved to Madrid, Spain, where he obtain two new master’s degrees, his Pharmaceutical Engineering Master’s degree from Universidad Francisco de Vitoria, obtained in 2023, and his Business Administration Master’s degree from EUDE Business School, obtained in 2024.
Now, after completing the course Manager Regulatory Affairs – TÜV in August 2024, he moved to Germany and started working as a Consultant in Regulatory Affairs and Quality Management in Bahlmann Life Science Consulting & Interim Management GmbH. During this time, he has supported a systematic literature search (identification, appraisal and analysis) to define the State of the Art of chemical disinfectants for medical use.
